We have a Butcher Boy A-52 7.5 sausage grinder. It is 7.5 Hp 3phase 208v 31 Amps 60 cycle. This sausage grinder normally sells used for $4250 it is very heavy and 4.5 ft tall.

Right now we have it working in the basement of our home and have used it to make our own sausage. The control switch is not wired correctly but I have a work-around. Wathching the grinder work is a powerful sight. I can get through 100 lbs of pork in about a minute.

Since it is 3 phase, we installed a 10 hp rotary converter.
